Refund Eligibility

Digital Products

  • The product must not have been downloaded more than 3 times
  • You must provide a clear explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations
  • Customized digital products created specifically for you are not eligible for refunds

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • New subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase (trial period)
  • After the trial period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time after the trial period

Consulting Services

For consulting, design, or custom development services:

  • Deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable
  • If you cancel a project before work has begun, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion
  • Once work has commenced on your project, refunds will be assessed based on the amount of work completed
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in our contract, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund

Workshops and Webinars

For educational workshops and webinars:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person or request access to a recording (if available)

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Order number or purchase ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Product or service purchased
    • Reason for requesting a refund

  4. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-10 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

Please note that your financial institution may have additional processing times that are beyond our control.

Non-Refundable Items

Cancellations

Subscription Cancellations

To cancel a subscription:

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/debit card purchases will be refunded to the same card
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account
  • Bank transfers will be refunded via bank transfer to the original account

If the original payment method is no longer available or valid, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
